We had the pleasure of staging a lovely architect-designed contemporary home in Portland Oregon recently, that had been on the market for quite a few months.  The listing agent's feedback indicated that buyers may not have been able to envision how to use the open spaces (a common element in contemporary homes).  Our company was contracted to provide a solution.
