We were contacted by a local broker to provide a staging proposal for a loft in a modern building in Portland's Pearl district recently. The seller had moved to another state and realized that a vacant space isn't as appealing to potential buyers. When we first viewed the loft as a vacant space it lacked warmth and personality. We used color to tie the loft spaces together, using chocolate and lime green with cinnamon red accents. Lofts can be challenging spaces!
