The listing had expired, and Jason recognized that this home could benefit from staging and just a few easy cosmetic improvements. After staging, the home was listed and showings improved dramatically! In less than 40 days, this home was SOLD! The great room was staged to appeal to the target buyer of this property, taking care to showcase the room's tall windows and fireplace
The Kitchen was staged to show buyers a great space to entertain family & friends; a more neutral paint color and removal of the window coverings shows buyers that it's 'move-in ready' 
The master bedroom was staged so that buyers could imagine living here (buyers can make an emotional connection to a home if they can "see" themselves enjoying it) -- and it was photographed to show the view
