Hi Maureen, I agree what a gorgeous home.  Congratulations on motivating sellers to stage themselves.  One thing that I'd like to see is in the living group, pay more attention to the fireplace.  Perhaps  have the couch face the fireplace and flank a chair on each side of the fireplace.

Beverly -- thanks for your input.  This photo doesn't really convey the huge size of that room or show the fireplace area, which is actually staged just right for the space as you enter the room from that other end.  There's a built-in wet bar just out of photo range and a big open space to the kitchen and also the foyer. 

Janis ~ these sellers put so much effort into preparing this beaufiful home!  They are some of the most motivated and talented clients I've worked with and they were able to follow all of my suggestions throughout the home.
