Beautiful home, beautiful site it is on too, looks like it is set prominent on a hill top.
Now that's a beauty, love those Craftsmen style homes Maureen! Beautifully staged, fabulous home and grounds to die for, I don't think it will last long on the market.
Mary ~ this home has great curb appeal on a corner lot. It's a vintage Craftsman style which is very popular in our area.
Cynthia ~ The sellers and their agent hope for a quick sale ... thanks for your feedback!
Maureen...wow. 1912 and it doesn't show at all! Love that kitchen, the ceiling in the dining room, the sunroom, I guess just about everything. Clearly Portland has some savvy seller's and agents that know what SELLS. I need to borrow a couple of them and use them here in Oakhurst, short term of course because I know they would miss your talents. VERY NICE!
Ginger ~ You know as a former Oregonian yourself the great charm of these older homes, and I feel so lucky to be working on them. Thanks for your continued support and nice comments!
Morning Maureen, I think this 'Craftsmans' style is here to stay, there was a new neighborhood built about 3 years ago not to far from my residence. All homes were Craftsmans style with stone front accents and they are fabulous looking. Something about those clean lines are so appealing to me.
I love this home you staged so nicely, I can see myself living in that beauty :)
I love this house! You did a great job. Everytime I get a chance to stage an early century home, I really get into it and bring in era antiques. It's so fun to mix and match the older, classic style of the home with some more modern furnishings and art. Someone will snap this one up in a hurry.
Cyn ~ thanks for returning .... I'd love to live in this beautiful home too!
Hi Liz ~ Mixing & matching the old with the new is a fun way to go. We hope there's a sale before long!
