WOW Maureen...great statistics! I like how you broke it down into consults, vacants and occupieds. The results are obvious. This ought to bring them running to use your services.
Ginger ~ I've been meaning to put my stats together for a while now and this year they're surprisingly positive. I think this helps to prove my theory that Sellers and Agents need stagers' help more than ever, in this challenging market. Staging really does reduce market time.

Karen ~ We know it works but we sometimes need solid "proof" to show our clients. Now that I have a format I'm happy with (I experimented with several), I plan to update my stats every month or two on my website.
Great statistics, and great advice. Chances are when people are quoting stats from other sources, they have none of their own. I wish more Realtors and homeowners would ask this question to stagers as they call them to comparison shop.
