They decided to get a POD (Portable On Demand) Storage unit -- and it worked wonders! The master bedroom had a kingsize bed & distracting clutter so our plan called for swapping it out for a Queen bed ...
One of the bedrooms was being used as an Office ... but needed excess clutter removed to show the space & HW floors ...
We advised removing personal items from the Bathroom to make it look pristine ...
The kitchen needed a general tidying up and packing away of excess items ...

Hi Maureen, So much better in the "after" photos. What really stands out is the beautiful hardwood floors in several of the rooms. I didn't even notice them in the "before" shots and now they are a great feature.
Diana ~ I thought the same thing too when I saw this home. The beautiful hardwood floors were hidden under area rugs and too much furniture. Now they're a main selling feature!

Maureen - great call on getting them to switch to a Queen bed. The King totally overwhelmed the room, plus as you noted and corrected, the placement was all wrong. Another fine example of the essential service that a professional stager provides!

Hi Maureen.....It seems to be a trend....downsizing from King beds to Queen size. It DOES make a difference in how large a room appears. The family room change looks like a huge undertaking! Nice work in lightening up that room!

Perfect example of how Staging doesn't have to break the bank! If sellers are willing to hire a Stager and to invest some time and elbow grease they can dramatically reduce their time on the market. Great work!
