Hi Maureen. Your eight reasons sound like good reasons to stage your home anyplace. Another reason is that staging may help with assuring that the house appraises.
hi Bev ~ This info is applicable to any city or state, but I've written this post for my local consumer market and that's why it's posted only in the Oregon groups. I've never claimed to my clients that staging can help the appraisal and feel that claim is unfounded, but I've heard of others discussing it. There are just so many good reasons to stage and I know that as a Realtor, you're a strong supporter because you've seen the proof that it works!
