I love your staging creativity. I wish there was more of that going on in New Jersey. I have done my best to stage my own unit for sale and initially had so much activity.
Recently back on market (buyers backed out) I am always looking for new ways to create better appeal and reel in a buyer.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated Maureen. I have my property with photos listed on my blog. I have an open house this Sunday and obviously am hoping for some activity (the weather might impede on the traffic to see it)

Maureen - WOW - another great staging. I enjoy the fact that you aren't afraid to use color and patterns in your staging. It's not over the top, but it gives a bit more personality to the home. I never thought I'd like a "BLUE" bathroom, but this one is really lovely! Is it just a great paint color choice, or your cool new camera??
Hi Janis ~ I like to use color and patterns with movement, especially when the house needs a little more "energy" to make it appealing to the target buyer. That bathroom is truly blue -- I think it works well since the white tile and woodwork is a good contrast.
