Looks super Maureen! I liked your centerpiece on the Dining table!! Went well with the large chandelier!

Wow you did a great job.  I really enjoy comtemporary styling but I think a lot of people don't know how to make it work. 

Looks very contemporary and all the rooms flow togethers flawlessly.  Congrats on the HGTV work!  What a well deserved accomplishment.

Maureen, I kept thinking the home was a challange...you pulled it off just beautifully!  I may have had a difficult time with that one but you did a fabulous job.

Maureen - what a beautiful job you did on this home.  I always love looking at your before and after photos.  Your staging was certainly the icing on the cake.

Hi Maureen,  I always learn something from your "before" and "after" shots.  You really defined some spaces here by using area rugs for the dining area and the living area.  I also like the way you used the large plant and twig artwork next to the fireplace, which could have totally ted the space but doesn't because of the way you positioned everything else in the room.  Excellent, as always!

Maureen....it looks AMAZING....very uptown and sophisticated.  Love the pears on the dining table.

This looks so inviting.  There was so much wood in the before shots.  The addition of various rugs really helped to break up all that wood.  Love the texture of the dining room rug.

Hi Kathy ~ I put the 3 ceramic pears in a long ceramic tray surrounded by river rocks.  I love using natural elements in staging -- thanks for noticing!

It is amazing how many days a good stager can take off the days on the market of a home. 

Maureen- just finished "studying" your work of art.  I love how the areas were defined.  I've been on the hunt for rugs and want to find one like the one you placed under the cocktail table.  I also like the proportion of the large glass centerpieces under the large light. Another good job!

Hi Maureen, open concepts do present there challenges don't they?  You handled the layout beautifully, really pulled the over all look together. Made the space feel warm and inviting. The fireplace definitely presented a diffcult aspect to the room that buyers would probably be left wondering how to place their furniture. Well done!
