Hi Maureen,
WOW!! That is a very nice listing indeed! Hope it sells quickly for you.
Steve
Maureen- Great staging and the lines look so clean yet not boring.
It's hard to believe all those new-looking room fit inside that tiny, old house. You must do magic.
Hi Steve ~ It's not my listing of course, but I hope it sells quickly for my client the seller! Thanks for your feedback.
Hi Kathy ~ Clean lines are good .. . thank you :-)
Hi Jim ~ the exterior photo makes the house look deceptively small. It's over 2700 sq ft on 3 levels ... and there are many more rooms than shown in this post! :-)
Another great job Maureen. AND did I spy yet another great vignette on the sideboard in that dining area. I want to see a close-up.
I'm all about order and symmetry which is probably why I love the Craftsman style. My favorite feature is the beautiful built ins. Your staging focussing on that symmetry perfectly complements the architectural style. Thank you for sharing these lovely photos!
hi Ginger ~ I promise, I'm about to do another post on this home .. and I'll include a shot of that vignette. (P.S. it has something to do with wine ...)
Hi Cari ~ Craftsman style is one of my favorites too. I'd love living in this home myself. Thanks for your nice comment!
Great furniture selections Maureen with just the right pops of color. I especially like the vignette you created on the built ins in the dining room.
Maureen, the house looks wonderful. I love older homes, In fact I live in one built in 1928. Maybe I need to hire you to be my stager! Where did you get the painting with 2 pears?
Hi Michele ~ Thanks, I love adding color to draw attention to various spots in the room.
Hi Bev ~ I love this older style too. (I bought the pears canvas from another local stager).
What a cute little home!!!! I love how you staged it.
Great listing! Your Staging is fabulous as always. I love the wall art!
Hi Lori ~ Thank you! It was a fun project.
Hi Janice ~ Art is one of my favorite parts of the staging process because it really adds "feeling" to a home ... thanks for your feedback.
I noticed the vignette too and was hoping to see a photo of it. I love what you did with each and every room. The house is so cute and appears small from the outside, and yet so spacious on the inside!
Hi Sharon ~ here's a close-up photo of that dining room built-in vignette for you and Ginger ...
Congratulations on your new listing. Best wishes to a speedy sale
