Thanks for asking about the Home Show, it went very well! I did two hour-long presentations for homeowners and they had some great questions, too. (Thanks again for allowing me to show your "Spare room Before & After photo" with the exercise bike & futon, transformed to a proper guest bedroom :-)
Maureen: As always, the home is staged perfectly and beautifully. Loved the color on the main walls in the foyer and etc. Very warm and comforting, especially along with the hardwood. Sure wish I could have heard your presentations at the Home Show. Those that did, learned alot .. I'm sure.

Morning Maureen, it can be extremely frustrating for a potential buyer to imagine a furnished floor plan when the entryway is so open yet have defined rooms on both sides. Once again your fabulous staging has taken the "How do we place the furnishings?" question out of their minds, well done!

Love it as always. IMO Maureen's signature touch is great furniture placement and just the right amount of items to showcase the house...plus great use of color!
