Wow, there are some really bold colors in this house, but they look awesome because of the staging!  The child's room is fabulous!

Hi Sharon ~ Bold colors is right! This neighborhood is well-known for it's bold house colors so there's no point in neutralizing the walls with neutral colors.  Bright bold colors are expected! It was a fun house to stage, over 100 years old!

Very nice presentation.  Nice pictures.  Good curb appeal.  I am sure all this will result in success for your marketing program.  Good luck!

I always say that good stager will work with any kind of color on the wall. Those large print art pieces are really helping to move your eyes away from such dominant colors.

Thanks, Donald.

Anna ~ you're right, we can work with ANY wall color!  These colors are SO bold, but that is what buyers in this neighborhood like.  And as you said, we can use large art to make them seem less dominant.

Maureen....what a "story book" home!  And YOU made the colors work!!!  Congrats!

Kathy ~ it's a home that's loaded with character and original charming features.  In cases like this where bright colors are expected as part of the charm, we work with them -- thanks for noticing!

Nice to see the house with bold wall colors that we talked about. As you said, you expect to see this type of color in this neighborhood and it all came together really well.

Hi David ~ Bright wall colors work well in these inner-city neighborhoods ... but not so well in the 'burbs!
