House #1 had a small living area where buyers would ask "how will we live in this small space?" 
Proper staging showed buyers that the space is more than adequate; this small home had 5 offers on the first day, and the listing agent wrote me:“One day, 5 offers, 3 over list price. We really pushed the price envelope on this house but you did such an amazing job preparing it for market that we're not at all surprised by the multiple offers. You're Wonder Woman!”

House #2 needed updating, but our goal was to make it look as inviting as possible for potential buyers: 
The seller wrote me the day after staging: "We had 2 solid offers for well over asking price, both within 24 hours of hitting the market! We believe the staging is (by far) the best investment we’ve made in getting this home ready to go on the market.”

House #3 had been on the market for 100 Days without an offer, yet many other condos around it had sold. It had no color, and buyers found it hard to fall in love with it:
We did a cost-effective light staging & within 24 hours it sold to the first couple who saw it staged. The comment we heard this time was: "The place looks fantastic! You're not just stagers, you're Magicians!"

Hi Roger ~ When buyers find a home that they want, we're seeing multiple offers and over asking price once again. The homes that are priced too high though are sitting longer, as well as ones that aren't staged.
