The homeowners paid the staging fee, but to keep her clients' costs down, the Listing Agent provided the staging accessories for them ~ which was a Win - Win situation for everyone! Kathy P. ~ Yes, that large TV cabinet was totally blocking light and view of the fireplace as you entered the room. It had to be moved! I'm lucky that this agent sees the value in staging and consider her a valuable "partner."

Betty ~ Thanks for your kind remarks .... I had a call this morning from the listing agent involved. They accepted an offer today, just 3 days after listing! The sellers and their agent are thrilled. This example illustrates that when savvy agents team up with professional stagers, the outcome is a home in great showing condition with reduced market time.
